For thousands of years,public executions were the way to go.

They were held as events,some executioners were held to like rock star status even.Only until the last 100 or so years did the morality crusade change this.

Again,I am ALL for the death penalty,for certain types of murders.

So lets take Ted Bundy for example.Here a a charming sicko who killed an untold amount of innocent womens lives,and if he would have never been caught,he would have kept on killing.Justice was served in his case.

Dahmer?Killed with no remorse,and what happend to him,was justice.

Do any of you know who Michel Fourniret is?
Another twisted,perverse murderer.

et al,et al,et al,et al...the list goes on and on and on.

I read a lot of true crime and pathology type books.I am a-fucking-mazed at the lack of remorse that some of these sickos have towards fellow man,and some of you people WANT them to live?Do you honestly believe that THOSE people would have ANY remorse what so ever when it came time for them to call on you?Or a loved one (As TMC pointed out)

These pieces of shit don't deserve to live the same air I breathe.

For the sake of civility of the forum,I wont go into graphic details about some of the sick shit these people do.There are gore forums for that.

People being hung were celebrities of their day too. if you want to talk about sick hangings were a prime spot for prostitues to ply their trade. Death should never be viewed as entertainment.

Of course I don't believe in killing sick people - though I don't believe others should be put at risk for them either - there are alternatives. I suppose I do believe they should have the option to end their own lives as I believe the rest of us should.

Dahmer, Gacey, Bundy, etc were incapable of remorse or compassion. There are many who are only sorry they got caught.

I don't care for the death penalty but do believe they should have tougher conditions for certain crimes.
